SNA Constitution --- Updated 2020

Please note, as per AGM minutes (10th July 2023) - The Chair said that we have not made any changes to SNA Constitution this year as waiting for updates from South Region. Once these changes have been made as we can only amend the Constitution annually this will be taken forward to the next AGM.
